1. Use of the App

RepsMax is a fitness tracking and social competition app designed to help users log exercise reps, track progress over time, compare performance, and participate in public and friend-based leaderboards.

You may use RepsMax only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. App Functionality

RepsMax allows users to:

• log exercise reps and related activity
• track performance over time
• create or use a public username
• participate in public exercise leaderboards
• compare daily reps with friends
• add optional notes or comments to entries

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that RepsMax will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

3. Accounts and User Responsibility

You may be required to create an account to use some or all features of RepsMax.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activity that occurs under your account
• ensuring that information you submit is accurate and appropriate for the app's community features

You agree not to impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive, misleading, or violates another person's rights.

4. Public Content and Social Features

RepsMax includes social and public-facing features. By using those features, you understand and agree that content you choose to submit may be visible to other users of the app.

This may include:

• your chosen public username
• exercise reps you log
• rankings and leaderboard positions
• optional notes or comments you choose to enter
• friend-based comparisons and leaderboard activity

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post or share through RepsMax.

5. User Content License

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to RepsMax.

However, by submitting content through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, provide, and improve RepsMax and its social, leaderboard, and community features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use RepsMax for any unlawful purpose
• harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• post false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the app or its systems
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law
• use bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to access or collect data from the app without permission
• use the social features in a way that undermines the integrity of leaderboards or community functionality

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

RepsMax is provided for informational, motivational, and tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice, health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for your own exercise choices and physical activity. Always use reasonable judgment and consult a qualified medical professional where appropriate, especially if you have any injury, medical condition, or concern about participating in exercise.

Your use of RepsMax is at your own risk.

8. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing

Some features of RepsMax may require a paid subscription, in-app purchase, or free trial.

If offered, payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed through the platform from which you download the app, including:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Billing and refund policies are governed by the applicable platform's terms and policies where relevant.

9. Third-Party Services

RepsMax may rely on third-party services to support hosting, authentication, infrastructure, analytics, or other app functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their separate terms, policies, or practices.

10. Privacy

Your use of RepsMax is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. No Warranty

RepsMax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations or operate without interruption, delay, or errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, business, or use arising out of or related to your use of RepsMax.

If we are found liable for any claim arising out of your use of RepsMax, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for RepsMax in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to RepsMax at any time if:

• you violate these Terms
• your conduct creates risk for us or other users
• we discontinue the app or any part of the service

You may stop using RepsMax at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.

Your continued use of RepsMax after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
