Public and Social Features

RepsMax is a fitness community app with social and competitive features.

Information you choose to submit for public or social features may be visible to other users of the app. This can include:

• your public username
• exercise reps you log
• leaderboard rankings
• optional notes you choose to attach to your entries
• comparisons on public leaderboards
• comparisons on friends leaderboards or similar social features

This information is shared as part of the core functionality of the app. Please only submit information you are comfortable sharing within the RepsMax community.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and operate the RepsMax service
• track fitness activity and progress
• display leaderboards, rankings, and social comparisons
• enable friend features and community features
• improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
• maintain security and prevent misuse of the app

Please note that some information you chose to share publicly or socially may remain visible to others for a period of time if already displayed in the app, cached, or included in leaderboard/history features, subject to technical limitations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain app functionality.

Children's Privacy

RepsMax is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Third-Party Services

RepsMax may rely on third-party services to help operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, or infrastructure providers. Those services may process information as needed to support app functionality and according to their own privacy policies.

If in-app purchases are offered, payment transactions are processed by Apple or Google, and we do not receive your full payment card information.
